Shipping policy
At Co-mmunity Shop, we are a small, passionate team committed to getting your order to you carefully and on time. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Where We Ship
We ship across Canada only. Orders are fulfilled from Vancouver, British Columbia.
Order Processing & Packing
We are a small team and pack and ship orders once a week, every Thursday. Orders placed after Wednesday will be packed and shipped the following Thursday. Processing times do not include shipping or transit time.
*Mother's Day Bundle — Special Shipping Schedule
All Mother's Day Bundle orders will ship on April 30th. Please order by April 29th to receive your bundle in time for Mother's Day (May 10th).
Shipping Rates
We offer flat rate shipping across Canada:
- $15.00 for British Columbia and Alberta
- $25.00 for the rest of Canada
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Estimated Delivery Times
- BC & Alberta: 2–4 business days
- Rest of Canada: 4–7 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and depend on the courier and local postal services. Once your order has shipped, delivery timelines are outside of our control.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using UPS or Canada Post with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within 3 weeks of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at communitybycoleidoscopes@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier disruptions, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
