At Co-mmunity Shop, our products are thoughtfully curated and handcrafted by local artisan makers. Because of the nature of our products and our size as a small team, all sales are final.
Final Sale Policy
All purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Delayed delivery
- Shipping-related issues
No Returns on Body Care & Consumable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any body care, soap, or consumable items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing every order. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at communitybycoleidoscopes@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will do our best to assess the situation and advise on next steps.
